So Theresa's living room, dining room, and love life are coming along swimmingly. The living room has been painted and a new couch has been purchased. We are going to dye the slipcover of the chair-and-a-half with tea (what? It works! I did it with my wedding shoes!) and add several throw pillows as well as two rugs. As for love, she and her husband celebrated Valentine's Day with a romantic dinner for two.
But the dining room is what I want to talk about today. You see, T-Dawg was inspired by the success of my chair re-covering project and, since her dining room chairs were almost as disgusting as mine, she had my full support. I found her some amazing fabric at Matter of Style Marketplace (for an amazing price) and she got down to business.
Here is a little side-by-side look so you can fully appreciate the difference:
How great does that DwellStudio Trellis fabric look? We are going to repaint the upper wall in Benjamin Moore Vintage Wine:
And redo the lower section in white to match the chair rail/baseboard. I am very excited. Probably more excited than I should be, considering that it's not my dining room.
XOXOXO
